Tell me if they couldn't find a more complicated and sterile name for one of the most beautiful spinning reels they've ever made.  A touch of red in a universe of greys and blacks is like a Van Gogh painting that breaks into a crossword puzzle.

 The Daiwa BG LT RR ARK belongs to the Light&Tough series, but it doesn't have one of those very cool frames made of ultra-light materials, here it's aluminium, the son of bauxite, sturdy as the mother earth that bore it. Forget light spinning, here we go for shore jigging or Atlantic saltwater, south or west, or north, whichever you want, but hostile territory, as the Gods command, and that's the end of the nonsense.

Daiwas BG LT RR ARK is fast, an all-rounder that will let you cross swells without Biodramine, something you will remember in front of a nice fireplace, showing off in front of the grandkids. It is going to be on the list of favourites from now on, but beware, it is not a reel for any purpose, there are LEAGUES and leagues.
