Hirenaga-Koiki, popper propeller - Little Jack

We must confess it, we felt in love with this special Little Jack's lure, the Hirenaga-Koiki, then we watched the video and got totally convinced about including it in the shop.

This lure is very original due to different factors, some very interesting for the fishermen, while others are details that tell us that behind every Little Jack lure there are some very creative minds willing to invent such unusual products.

First of all its design, so much like to a Koi carp, something we absolutely loved, as well as the patterns, quite curious as well. We mean, colors rarely (never) seen before to which fish are not used to, does it rings a bell? We also like the combination of popper & propeller, a collection of noises that will probably upset many fish.

We also like the built quality, very sturdy, as well as the finishing. And now we get to the witty details, in the mouth cavity of the Hirenaga-Koiki there is a mechanism that once triggered by incoming water, will make the eye of our Koi replica move. This will sure add realism to the lure, but we have no way to prove that will increase the amount of strikes....
